[Top]  Account icon overview:

•   Single blue + yellow down-arrow: Check this account (download new mail in this account)

•   Double blue + yellow down-arrow: Check all accounts (download new mail in all accounts)

•   Single blue + yellow up-arrow: Update this account (initiate action for Download, Delete from server, or Send marks in this account)

•   Double blue + yellow up-arrow: Update all accounts (initiate action for Download, Delete from server, or Send marks in all accounts)

[Top]  Account icon usage:

• Check for new mail:    Check account.

• Retrieve full message:    Mark to download, then    Update account.

• Send mail: in Outbox,    Mark to send, then    Update account.

• Delete from server:    Mark to delete, then    Update account.

• Delete from list:    highlight message to delete from list, then tap icon. (can do this online or offline)

• View/Server numbers don't agree: File > Mailbox > Initialise, then select Initialise to re-download messages from the number chosen. Or, select Fill in to download missing messages after number chosen. OK, then    Check account.
